Welcome to Dronachariya Fitness. By registering, accessing, or using our facilities and services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully — they protect both you and the gym.

1. Membership

   Memberships are non-transferable and generally non-refundable. Members must present their membership ID or digital pass to enter. Fees are payable in advance according to the selected plan (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly). Management may suspend or terminate membership for breach of rules without refund.

2. Health & Safety

   Members should ensure they are medically fit before joining. Individuals with pre-existing conditions may be required to provide medical clearance. The gym is not liable for injuries or medical incidents arising from exercise. Always follow trainer guidance and posted safety rules.

3. Code of Conduct

   Proper gym attire and footwear are required. Abusive behaviour, harassment, or vandalism will lead to immediate termination of membership. Please use equipment responsibly and maintain hygiene.

4. Facilities & Services

   Lockers are provided at members' risk — the gym is not responsible for loss or theft. Group classes, personal training, and nutrition consultations may incur additional charges. Schedules, trainers, and available equipment may change from time to time.

5. Payments & Refunds

   Payments are accepted by cash, card, UPI or online transfer. Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances decided by management. Offers and discounts are subject to change.

6. Privacy

   We collect basic personal information (name, contact, health notes) for registration and safety. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

7. Liability Waiver

   By using the gym you acknowledge that exercise has inherent risks. You release Dronachariya Fitness, its trainers and staff from liability for injury, loss, or medical conditions that arise while using the facilities, except where caused by gross negligence.

8. Termination

   The gym may suspend or terminate memberships for rule violations, misuse of equipment, damage, or misconduct. Termination may be immediate and without refund.

9. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the gym is located.
